PrivaSecTech is a Canadian privacy and security advisory firm incorporated in 2005.

The site now has two jobs. First, it tracks Canadian privacy, security, surveillance, and technology-risk issues in plain language. Second, it helps organizations turn those issues into practical decisions through briefings, reviews, workshops, and advisory support.

We have worked with private-sector, public-sector, non-profit, and non-government organizations. Past work has included privacy law compliance, security program advice, incident response, investigations, and training. We have provided training and speaking engagements internationally since 2004, including training early cohorts of certified privacy professionals.

Our bias is practical: what changed, who is affected, what should be documented, and what can be done next.

If a current issue affects your organization, request a confidential briefing.
