Facebook just got all of your telephone contacts
If you’ve installed a Facebook application on your smart phone/mobile phone, they’ve taken the liberty of syncronizing your personal telephone number list into Facebook. You can see the list here.
In order to resolve this, you need to first go into the Facebook app in your phone, click the Friends icon in the main menu, then click Sync in the upper-right. After that, click here and choose to remove yourself.
